I was so impressed with this senior coach; I think he is right, if we give attention to someone and he/she can feel that we can give value to them, he/she will be interested to us and asking what are we doing? That is the time when clients show their interest to us and ask about us in more detail.

The conversation always starts by focusing to clients not to ourselves, not to our job, when the clients interested with us, the clients will shift their attention to our profession, what can we, as a coach help them more.

Thank to "senior coach" for sharing such a deep coaching concept and approach.

Hello Stephen,

I agree with your posting completely. I believe that what we focus on expands, so when we focus on what we are grateful for in our lives we find more and more to be grateful for. As each day unfolds there are many wonderful things - even in difficult days - we have the love of our family and friends, we have the day itself, we have a world with great beauty. Every day, in every season I find myself grateful for the trees and sky, my bed and my house, the remarkable people I have met through ICA, a hot cup of tea, music, so very many things.
That doesn't mean that some days are not sad. There is also time to appreciate our feelings and allow ourselves to grieve what we have lost, to be kind to ourselves when we need to heal our hearts or bodies.
A good life has all of these - I believe it is not possible to truly appreciate all that is good if we do not also allow ourselves to feel what is painful. But after taking time to heal, we can come back to the present and again feel the gratitude for all that we do have.
I have enjoyed reading what you have written. Thank you for sending me the link.
All the best,
Rita

Stephen, thanks for your coaching, I enjoyed it, and yes, positive affirmations is probably the most powerful element that helps us human beings shift to empowering perspectives, which then will support us in moving forward with positive energy. This is the way we create more success for our tomorrow!
All the best to you, and we're sure to meet up soon again.
With best regards,
Ursula from Switzerland
