LIFE COACH

There are many reasons why people use the service of life coaching, most common purpose is to achieve a higher living standard and get help in solving particular issue or challenge. Higher living standard can be a more happier or successful life or work, or balance of both in work and family, or balance in multiple aspects of life such as health, relationships, fun, work, personal development etc. In the beginning of a coaching process, a coach will clarify the objective or goal what a client want to achieve in certain time frame.

A life coach works as client’s partner to support client to find own solutions to face challenges and have better living. Some of the challenges that a client may face are:

1. How to free from feeling of worries, quilt, anxiety and regrets?
2. How to have balance of living?
3. How to have great, supportive, affirming relationships at work and home?
4. How to feel have a peaceful heart and a connection to something larger than myself?
5. How to understand the purpose of his/ her living?
6. How to have a clear idea of own interests, talents and values?
7. How to have a pleasant career and job and at the same time provide significant income?
8. How to have a feeling of calm and peace of the future?
9. How to have a higher Emotional Intelligence?
10. How to have happy and joyful living?

Through the process, a coach asks many questions to create awareness of client’s current situation and condition, identifies what actions need to be taken, and what to be eliminated and improved in client’s life. The coach helps the client move from where the current position to the next level of what the client wants to achieve, and in the same time helps the client facing the life challenge. A coach gives feedback, enthuses and encourages a client to move forward, invites client to devise a plan and actions, holds client accountable, and helps a client to have capability to help himself/ herself and to manage his/her own progress.
